Pricing questions, answered

Why do you publish your prices when most MSPs don’t?

Because hiding pricing wastes everyone’s time and breeds mistrust. Research shows hidden fees and opaque packages are the top reasons businesses regret their IT provider. We’d rather you see exactly what things cost up front.

Are there setup fees or long contracts?

No setup fees, and no multi-year lock-in. Plans are billed monthly per active user. We ask for a short, fair notice period — that’s it.

What about Microsoft 365 and hardware costs?

Microsoft 365 licences are billed at list price and managed within your plan at no extra management fee. Hardware is supplied at fair cost with a transparent configuration fee — never a hidden markup.

Can we change plans or user numbers later?

Any time. Move between Helpdesk, Managed Complete and Secure+ as your needs change, and adjust user counts each month as you hire or scale back.

Is there a minimum number of users?

We work best with growing teams, but we’re flexible — get in touch with your headcount and we’ll confirm the right starting point for you.
